Agricultural Trailer Covers
Tony Beal Trailer Covers are 100% waterproof and are custom made to fit your specific trailer dimensions using various gauge of PVC dependant on the application. 610gsm PVC is an excellent material for covering your trailer. Bring your trailer to us and one of our design engineers will measure and design your trailer cover.
ATV Covers
Tony Beal Ltd's ATV covers are made specifically to fit your ATV. They are manufactured from a rugged waterproof PVC which is also UV resistant. ATV covers can be supplied in plain base colours sand camouflage material. Our ATV cover will help ensure your ATV is maintained in good condition and looking like new.
Baggage Trailer Covers
Tony Beal Ltd provides customised covers for the transportation and storage of airport baggage. Our design team can provide advice and guidance on the materials and design specification of any transportation systems.
These covers are produced using durable and weather resistant fabrics and can be manufactured to any size, colour or specification.
Container Top Covers
Container Covers are all manufactured to a high specification using 610grm PVC or 900grm PVC, depending on application and requirements of the customer. All covers are made to suit the containers fittings whether it is eyes to suit d staples, TIR wire for securing, rope ties & shockcord to suit existing rope hooks.
All covers can be made to suit 20ft, 40ft, open top or half height containers.
Fork Lift Fork Covers
Tony Beal Limited are manufacturers of custom made fork lift fork protector covers to ensure any fragile products are not damaged when being lifted by forks. Our Forklift fork covers are extensively used when lifting fragile loads for example glass and glass bottles etc.
These are produced using hard wearing non-abrasive webbing.
Forklift Covers
Due to the problems encountered using a fork lift outside, particularly when the elements are at their worst, we manufacture a fully fitted cover to protect the driver of a fork lift whilst still giving him 100% visibility.
These covers are manufactured and attached to the framework of the FLT cab and come complete with flexible windows and the facility for removable sections if necessary.
Harvester Covers
Tony Beal Limited Harvester Covers are manufactured from heavy duty PVC with welded seams and reinforced with heavy duty zips to ensure a long lasting and durable cover that can withstand all that our British weather can throw at it.
Our Harvester Covers are all custom made to ensure that the cover meets your exacting requirements.
Hopper Covers
Our Hopper Covers prevent costly spillage or loss due to inclement weather when transporting grain fertilizer etc. Tony Beal Hopper Cover are custom made to your specification using heavy duty PVC.
An elastic cord is hemmed in to ensure a neat and tight fit around your hopper.
Packer Covers
Manufactured from 19oz 610grm PVC, average size is 6ft x 5ft.
These can also be manufactured using other materials such as 25mm nylon and Regentex.
All fitted with 10mm shockcord for easy fitting to back doors.
Pickup Covers
Pickup covers are manufactured to fit your specific vehicle and are made from heavy duty PVC with secure tie down points. They are manufactured in various colours and can be screen printed or digitized with your company name or band.
Roll Over Covers

Skip Covers
Manufactured in PVC to suit any size skip, Pvc skip covers are ideal for containing fine particals within skip.
These can also be fitted pvc tube to attach to a chute. Fitted with eyelets and Shockcord.
Sliding Roof Covers
Our sliding roof covers are manufactured to suit front to back style sheets or cabriolet type. Sliding roof covers are manufactured from 20oz PVC this allows the cover to concertino during loading and unloading.
Covers are supplied with reinforcing on sides and rope in hem to allow the cover to stay rigid on the sides.
Front to back tipper covers are supplied with welded pockets & rear flaps
Cabriolet Covers are supplied with polyester webbing complete with polyester loops to allow cover to be fitted on underside with either straps or cable ties. These covers are reinforced on sides where the flickers are fitted.
Trailer Covers
Here at Tony Beal Ltd we can manufacture a trailer cover to fit any size or shape of trailer.
All of our trailer covers are made to measure and produced to the highest quality and the customer’s exact requirements.
We can manufacture your cover from various materials depending on the application. Common material options are PVC and Cotton, which are offered in a wide range of colours with eyelets and bungee options available.
Vehicle Covers
Our Vehicle Covers are great for protecting your vehicle against the elements and can be for indoor and outdoor use as well as preventing unwanted damages like scratches.
The covers are made from a lightweight material for ease of fitting and with an elasticated front and rear hem allow for a tighter fit around the base of your vehicle.
